Power Plus, established since 1987 in electronic sales and repairs, started selling their bargain electronic & wireless stock relating to television, from various sources including direct from manufacturer, bankrupt stock, customer returns and end of line products on Ebay™ in 2002. We are now also trading as Power Plus Online, and offering the same bargains on our own website. On this page is all of the information we hope you will need to know about buying from Power Plus Online.

Stock grading

Our stock is graded into the following categories, and uses the following icons to identify the grade of each item:

Brand New

New Item Icon

Unused

Unused Item icon

'A' Grade

Graded item icon

Please note there may be more than one grading option for items, just decide which one you want and click the Paypal™ icon for that grade.

Brand New

Item is brand new and factory wrapped/sealed, and will include instructions if provided, and has a one year manufacturers guarantee. Please be assured that regardless of the grading of any item, it will be fully functional and in perfect working order.

Unused

An unused item is in new condition with no sign of wear but may have slightly damaged packaging, or have been repackaged by us, and may not include hard copy instructions. We provide a 3 month guarantee with these items, and also a link to a pdf version of any manual. Please be assured that regardless of the grading of any item, it will be fully functional and in perfect working order.

'A' Grade

'A' Grade items are in good condition and unused but may display a small scuff or marks due to storage, and will not be in original packaging and won't have hard copy instructions. We provide a 3 month guarantee with these items and also a link to a pdf version of any manual. Please be assured that regardless of the grading of any item, it will be fully functional and in perfect working order.

Ordering & Making a payment

To order just click on the relevant Paypal buy now button next to the item you require, there are two, one for buyers within the UK, one for the rest of Europe, you will then be taken through the secure purchasing process that Paypal provides. You don't need an account to pay via Paypal, but as many people have one, we thought the Paypal payment system was safest for all concerned!

When you make your payment - Paypal will give us your order information and address details, we then have all we need to process your order. We do not use your details for any other purpose than to post your item, and to notify you of dispatch via email.

Order processing & postage information

In line with our Ebay sales we have the following order processing policy:

Any item paid for before 10am Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched via Royal Mail first class standard or international equivalent same day

Any item paid for after 10am Monday to Thursday will be processed and dispatched via Royal Mail first class standard or international equivalent next day

Any item paid for after 10am Friday will be processed and dispatched via Royal Mail first class standard or international equivalent on Monday (Except bank holidays)

We do not send a personal confirmation of payment email as you will get one from Paypal, but we will email you to confirm dispatch of your item, on the day of processing.

All items have a 30 day money back guarantee if not fully satisfied

Please give us a call before returning any item so we can discuss your needs. If you believe it may be faulty, we might be able ascertain the problem and help with a solution. If you are not fully happy with your item it will help us in the future if we know why.

Refunds

Refunds will be given once the item has been returned and by prior arrangement (see 'item guarantees'), via Paypal, by refunding the original transaction.
